We understand the frustration of technology letting you down, usually at the most inappropriate moments. And have developed support offerings that ensure the pain of these events can be minimised.
You can choose from our range of service options and you can select the extent of maintenance and support for the technologies listed above.
You can never predict when an issue may arise. As a result, we make sure that your first port of call is our phone and email support service. If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, it will be escalated.
Because it is imperative that your system constantly remains at a fully functional status, we make sure that when a fault occurs either by damage or system failure, a cornflake engineer is only a call away and will be on site within an agreed timeframe in accordance with your service level agreement.
We provide a range of different service options at different pricing levels to suit your needs and requirements. Our service level agreements can be from normal business hours to a comprehensive 24/7/365 cover. Once the service level is agreed, then Cornflake provides seamless management and support of the home technology. From managing specific hardware to daily technological necessities, we look after these components, so their reliability is never compromised.
