A dedicated Cinema room to meet reference performance, the room is fully acoustically treated and the system comprises of a JVC 4K Laser Projector with Lumagen Video scaling and Meyer Sound speakers with Acurus Surround processing. The design allows for playback of content up to 4K 60Hz 4:4:4 video signals and up to 9.2.4 Dolby Atmos sound. A completely bespoke Crestron user interface provides control of the AV along with lighting & climate. Source content is provided by a Kaleidescape Movie server, Apple TV & the latest generation gaming consoles.

The room provides an in depth education of what Lighting Control is and how it is crucial for a property A vast array of lighting fixtures are on display to demonstrate different types of dimming and control protocols, intuitive methods display are available to compare dimming and colour temperature performance. This is all made possible by Lutron Homeworks QSX whole house lighting control.

This area consists of an open plan Kitchen and Living space, with a clever mix technology the Living area can transform in to a Media room with one click. Aventgarde Uno speakers provide extremely high fidelity Hi-Fi sound, to add TV viewing a Sony 55” LED TV on a Future Automation motorised mechanism “pops” from the joinery unit for casual viewing. With a further click the TV can be retracted and a projector screen will drop down in it’s place for a true media experience.

This room immerses you in a gaming experience whilst everyone else in the room can enjoy themselves with a fully functional bar. A motorised rotating floor reveals a fixed curved projector screen with a pair of B&W bookshelf speakers. Separately a pair of Adam Audio active monitors provide background audio.

Situated in a back of house location this dedicated area contains AV, Lighting & security hardware, the room is climate controlled to ensure the equipment is always at a suitable operating temperature. A Full Kit list can be provided if required but as it contains some older equipment I would be reluctant to use it.

BYOD capability is crucial and the system has been designed from the ground up to accommodate this. There are 2 dedicated methods of conferencing; hardwired HDMI & USB connections within the cable cubby of the table and wirelessly via a Barco ClickShare (including Airplay). When connected by either method your laptop or mac will have access to the room 85” TV, invisible speakers, motorised pop-up microphones & ceiling mounted PTZ camera. The room still has access to all central sources as per the rest of the showroom.
