Guest Room Management Systems

Cornflake designs and provides all the necessary automated systems for your management teams to react with seamless professionalism to the needs and requirements of your guests.

We integrate every Guest Room Management System with the hotel’s booking software, property management system and other existing technologies. We make sure that the hotel’s staff has an effective and user-friendly control, and visibility of the client’s requests, which are sent from individual guestrooms at the touch of a button.

Our hospitality team also makes sure that the systems we install have the ability to communicate fault detection and long-term scheduled maintenance requirements to enable our in-house tech concierge team to remotely monitor it and quickly respond to fix any problems.

Maximising energy efficiency by automatically resetting the lighting and climate control in each room at the moment of vacancy, everything is presented in a highly-intuitive management interface that is specially created for your business and brand.

Background Controls at Your Fingertips

Cornflake has all the IT system and data infrastructure knowhow to integrate your guestroom technology with the other services available in the communal aspects of your hotel, including Property Management Systems (PMS), Building Management Systems (BMS), Centralised Electronic Locking Systems (CELS) and Hotel Service Optimisation Software (HotSOS). These include WiFi, video conferencing, background music and other services specific to provision of food and beverages. We also integrate all lighting, climate control and security systems into the same easy-to-use management interface so that everything is available at the touch of the controls.

Setting the Scene – Mock up Rooms

At Cornflake, we understand the importance of trialling technology solutions before the investment is made to roll them out throughout a hospitality venue. Key to this process is co-ordination and collaboration between all stakeholders to design and deliver a representative mock up room. This requires an attentive and diligent team to maintain focus and objectivity.

By highlighting preferences and operational needs informs an effective design and evaluation process in order to ascertain the added value of the technologies we offer. Considerations include the guest room experience, operational costs, design aesthetics and scheduled maintenance. We invest our extensive skillset, understanding and experience of hospitality technologies to ensure the right balance for our clients.
